Skinny Bitch
No, not me. My latest read.
I am currently buried in Skinny Bitch by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin.

Girls, You HAVE to read this book!
I picked it up at BJ’s while browsing the book aisle, and when I scanned the contents and saw “Chapter 8 - Pooping” - I HAD TO HAVE IT. I’ve been reading it for 2 days, and it is hard to put down! I read chapter 8 aloud to my office friends and we were rolling with laughter, and now refer to bathroom breaks as “I’m going to file Chapter 8″!
I’m trying to finish it by Friday (which should not be a problem as it is a short easy read) so I can pass it to my Cousin when I go up north, as I know she will appreciate it!
It is a hilarious, and straight forward look at what we eat, and what it does to our bodies. When I say straight forward I mean these women tell it like it is, and have mouths like sailors! Don’t leave this one out on the coffee table lest the kiddies learn some new words!! They refer to soda as “liquid satan”, white refined sugar “is like crack”, and “simple carbohydrates are as nutritionally beneficial as toilet paper!”
It has seriously changed the way I think about food, and what I will and will not eat - so be careful, some of it is VERY straightforward - I have recently all but given up red meat, and when I read the chapter on “The dead, rotting, decomposing flesh diet” - it made me take a strong look at whether I can now eat ANY meat, for moral reasons due to how the animals are slaughtered.
Good book. Go to your local library and get it, educate yourself on what you are feeding yourself and your family. It’s important.
